See more » The Evelyn ~ Victorian Top Hat *As Seen on MTV's Steampunk Special* ____________________________________________________________ This Lovely, Customizable Victorian Tall Hat was made from scratch using olde-world buckram & wire construction which was then covered with lush triple plush velvet & adorned with wide, lush ribbon & a large antique mother of pearl buckle in gray. The inside is beautifully lined & all trims are completely sewn on by hand for only the finest of finishing. This beauty measures 10" at it's widest point & is 8" tall. It is made to perch atop the head, so it will not fit one's head. There are elasticized loops in the back where one may insert a comb or bobby pins & I have attached an elastic band to be worn under the hair at the nape of one's neck. This hat is just perfect for that Victorian, Dickens, or Steampunk Look! Please specify your velvet & ribbon preferences with order!
