This automatic tea maker adjusts at the touch of a button for black, oolong, green, white, and herbal tea, steeping each at their optimal temperature and length of time, eliminating over-steeped, astringent cups of tea, while extracting the peak flavor and aroma. The unit automatically compensates for black and oolong tea that withstand a high brewing temperature, or white and green tea leaves that are more delicate, requiring less steeping and a lower brewing temperature. Once the tea is placed in the brewing basket and the unit is filled with water, you simply select the type of leaves being brewed, the desired strength of the tea, and whether the tea leaves are bagged or loose-leaf. When the tea is ready for consumption, it is automatica lly funneled into a ceramic teapot. Brews up to 16-oz. of tea. Includes a serving tray, tea pot, and two ceramic teacups.
