This might be kind of difficult since most of you reading this probably have a problem with late night grazing. Part of being on a diet is changing your lifestyle. If you are one of those people who snack all night long…you will definitely be over in calories by the time you hit the sack. The easiest way to fix this is by eating less during the day to save room for snacking later in the evening. For instance, you can eat less in the morning, less at dinner, have a larger dinner and save your snacks for later. Remember, it doesn’t matter how you split up your calories throughout the day; just as long as you do not go over the recommended calories, your BMR. Although, ideally it is best for weight loss if you spread out your calories throughout the day instead of eating late at night. This can seem impossible for someone who has never cut out snacking late at night before, but try small changes. You can not change your habits overnight.
