Watering plants for over 40 years ! Simply push green tipped end into the soil containing the plant to be watered. Place the other end in a bowl of water. The specially designed and treated water wick will draw water from the bowl into the dry soil. As the soil becomes moist the wick will stop wicking until the soil becomes dry again. GREAT for vacations and for those who don’t have the time to water plants on a daily basis. Don't confuse this wick with regular lacing. It is made of double bleached and treated cotton yarns. Natural cotton won't work ! The yarns are loosely braided to a specific braid count per inch. The braid pattern generates the porosity and permeability needed to allow water to move from one end to the other end of the wick. Water to soil.
