i've been looking at real military boots on ebay, and these are like a ~fashionable~ jump boot. i just hate how the real ones have the seam on the top of the toe!
I haven't seen these in person, but based on the pic, they look far more like genuine combat boots than Docs do. At least the combat boots from 50 years ago -- I wore my dad's old pair for a while... I think I lost them in a break-up.
