I would love to have this....tired of taking all of my meds to try to go to sleep and stay asleep for 8 hours and they don't even work properly all the time---prescriptions of ambiem,temazapam, trazodone--would love to use while I'm doing yoga,too.
I have this and it is one of the best things to own. There are actually tracks on this that were developed by Dr. Jeffrey Thompson. He has been studying the application of brain entrainment for a long time and he also has cd's available for specific brainwaves. They are great to use while meditating. One of the nicest features on this is that you can set a timer for it to stop playing and a button called enhance makes it slow down very gradually so it has a gentle effect on your sleeping. It is awesome and I never sleep without it. I highly recommend it!!!
