Urban Arts Research and Marketing is a full service creative agency with interests in the visual arts, fashion, design and media. Founded in 2002 the company gained instant notoriety for its apparel partnerships with the Jean-Michel Basquiat Estate, Ryan McGinness, Mark Gonzales, and Todd James. Carefully curated, produced, and distributed, the company works closely with each artist to develop their line over time, avoiding trends of the fashion world while remaining fiercely, and uniquely, independent.
