This is one of the best places on the web for help with insect and spider identification. | Florida's Featured Creatures: This site from the University of Florida's Entomology Department contains hundreds of pictures of Florida insects, spiders, and thier relatives plus detailed biological and pest control information. | Ohio Natural History - Insects: Pictures and information for several common Ohio insects, most of which also live in Kentucky. | Bohart Museum of Entomology: Lots of information about insects from California and elsewhere, including an on-line scientifc key to insect orders. This key works for insects in Kentucky and all over the world. This site is maintained by the University of California-Davis Entomology Department. | The Insects of Cedar Creek: The Cedar Creek Natural History Area in Minnesota has a very large collection of on-line arthropod photos, and is another good place to look for help with insect and spider identification. Many of these insects and spiders also live in Kentucky.
