Mix it well, pour it in a pan, bake it, frost it, serve it with ice cream! Nothing reminds us more of baking with mom as a kid! 1/2 cup butter 1 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 eggs 2 tsp dark brown sugar 1 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp baking powder Demeter creates scents that are drawn from memories to transport a person back to a special place or time. Everyone has a personal library of meaningful smells. The memories they trigger are somehow more intense than those we dredge up by conscious effort. It's as if smell provides a shortcut to our deepest memories and brings them back complete with the emotions and sensations we felt at the time.

That sounds good! @__@ When I made chocolate chip batter and added the vanilla extract, the smell was just heavenly.
You know, I went to the Body Shop to buy something for a friend and dabbed on the 'Cassis Rose' perfume oil. It smelled like rose from the bottle, and I don't particularly care for rose, but I tried it on anyway. And woah, the instant it touched my skin it turned into this soft, musky vanilla with a tiny (tiny) ghost of floral. It smelled so good. X3 I could only smell it when I lifted my wrist up to my nose but I could still get a whiff after nearly 24 hours.
I tried on white musk too, and it was alright. I really wanted to like it, but it was rather generic.
