Hi! I have this bra for more than 5 months now and I haven't worn it with straps yet because I couldn't find the loops at the bac panel... finally, I got off my ass and call customer service and found out that the back loops were actually hidden or invisible.... TRY CHECKING THE BACK PANEL,,, YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO HOOK THE STRAPS IN BETWEEN THE BRA STITCHES AT THE INNER BACK PANEL. THERE ARE NO VISIBLE LOOPS REALLY.. AFTER MORE THAN 5 MONTHS,, ILL BE ABLE TO WEAR THE STRAPS NOW! CAN'T WAIT FOR TOMORROW!!!! lol! I hope I made sense...
