Use as a wonderfully witchy open faced cauldron; hold ritual salt on the altar. Use to hold pencils, pens or business cards; to add magic to your desk top Book of Shadows spell writing. Perfect for kitchen spells cause it's food safe. Heat a healing brew [large Ramakin sized], fully functional for witchcraft spellwork and Wiccan rituals. Glazed stoneware with three little feet and two handle shapes on either side of the plump pot. Standing at 3" inches high with a 3 1/2" inch wide mouth, this cauldron is large enough for most all spell and ritual use yet will only take up 5" inches total of altar space; valuable real estate as the altar top can quickly become filled. In their former "lives" most of these objects were mundane, ordinary decorations for the home. After a good cleaning and spiritual cleansing, the ordinary becomes ready for the magick to flow! A lovely old patina on a scrying bowl, cauldron, ritual bell, chalice, cup or altar candle holder can enhance the mystical atmosphere inside a sacred circle, helping to raise your magickal juice; imply the mystery of time. Each item has been cleaned by being smudged, or other method, to remove the prior energies. Still, it's advisable for new owners to smudge, or cleanse, again when the treasure gets to its new home because it helps you get to know each other; for your energies to blend. Please note that salt is excellent for both physical cleaning and psychic cleansing but it IS corrosive, so take care when using salt with metals and finished surfaces. If a metal bowl is used to hold ritually blessed salt during ceremony, make sure you physically clean it well afterward.
