Orient Express's luxury barges float through Burgundy, home to arguably the most exemplary food and wine in France. Its 130-foot Amaryllis cuts a languorous route down the Canal du Centre or the Canal de Bourgogne, passing through historic towns like Chagny and Denevy and storied wine regions such as the Côte de Nuits or Côte de Beaune.
