We're trying to find a good replacement, and upgrade our standard cooler (without hot dispense-ability), only thing is - with this Vitapur, "the Insta-Hot" dispenses the hot at a not so insta - 5 minutes. I can boil hot water on the stove in nearly the same time! What's more is, the cold side is very slow as well! It may be affordable, but I'm putting it back in the packaging and it's going back to Target...
