I have a Kohler faucet around 4 years old with a life time warranty. I needed a new pull out hose and gave Kohler the part number, and Kohler said they do not make that hose any more but they have a new type hose for my faucet. I got the new hose (one week later) but they have change the connection on the new hose, it’s a quick disconnect type, and the faucet I have is a screw type. So I called Kohler and they said they do not know what to do. One person said they could try to find one and it will take 4 weeks if they find one before they could ship it out. So what they are telling me I will be with out water in my kitchen around 10 weeks to 12 weeks. This all started on December 16, 2008 it now January 24, 2009. Please stay away from Kohler faucets there warranty is a joke. Go with a Delta or something else
