I have been looking to purchasing this system, but have heard that it stillhas it's breakdown issues. And without a Blue-Ray or HD player......it's not worth the $300 retail. But $250? Let me at it!. (And no, I'm not willing to dummy it down with a wired controller and 0 Hard drive for $279).

Just like to play Halo 3, Gears of War & Guitar Hero 3 on it. I like Xbox Live too.

We have both the Xbox and Wii and while the interactivity that the Wii offers is cool, fun and innovative, our family turns to the Xbox for traditional gaming. This site compares all 3 for you including features & specs.

Depends on kinds of games you like. But Xbox currently has a ton more titles and XBox live makes it a whole other experience.
