Haha! Good to know. I've also been eyeing the Fluidity Barre (yep, one of those AS SEEN ON TV things), but I can't rationalize spending that amount on it. I used to dance a lot when I was younger, and I miss my ballet body.
Oh and there's the Cardio Cabaret Burlesque style that you gotta learn. I'm going to have to put these on tomorrow and try them again.
The ballet is easy and it's not plies or tondues it's lifting your leg out and away from you for like 10 minutes (it felt like that to me) up and down till your legs want to fall off. The hip hop abs thing was the part that was sorta complicated because there are dance moves and they go fast.
It's kinda complicated, so I don't use it that much. But if you're willing to stick with it and learn the moves etc then it is a good workout.
Did you like it? I've seen this in Target a bunch of times and I'm always *this close* to buying it.
I like staying in shape and I bought the entire set because it looked like fun (which is essential for me). There are many difficult elements and is definitely for those who are either already in shape and have good flexibility or those who are serious about working out and won't give up until they've reached their goal.
