I can't say enough good things about these videos. Although I don't advocate sitting your baby, toddler or preschooler down in front of the TV on a regular basis - I think some TV time is appropriate. These DVDs are very soothing and are super educational! My daughter has learned so much from these videos (animal names & sounds, body parts, etc.) I generally sit with her while these videos are on, but these DVDs are also fabulous when used as the occasional "babysitter" so you can clean the bathroom or do some laundry. Another reviewer went to A LOT of trouble to explain all of the details of these videos - I HIGHLY recommend reading that review as well.
