The zipper has to be among the top inventions ever--and the most punk rock. Toy Me! designer Georgo Phillip Pecenikov--a.k.a. Gogo--thinks so, too, so here he takes the most prosaic of devices and casts it in sterling silver and then plates it in rhodium (the priciest and most reflective of the precious metals). Each zipper is then kissed in a white, blue or red crystal. Gogo hails from a family of traditional high-end jewelry artisans, but uses his knowledge to create edgy statements that evoke a wink.
