Tortoise or brown... tortoise has a bit more interest to it. Glasses are tough to choose. Mine are "cafe" by 9 West and a similar shape... I'll be getting another pair in black soon. It's nice to have more than 1 pair so you can coordinate, change... or have a backup if something happens.

The black frames will be too dark for your hair color. Brown might be too dark too. If it's a light brown it could work. But Tortoise always complements skin tone and hair very well. Plus it's a little more interesting than a plain shade.
