OMG a thousand times over, exclamation point, exclamation point. We just received word that after much speculation by this blog and every other Chanel nail polish-loving media outlet the world over, Peter Philips’ dreamy jade lacquer from the brand’s Fall 2009 collection has indeed gone into production and will be released as a limited-edition offering in October. It will be joined by a Jade Rose shade as well, although we’re a bit more excited for the original minty green that we spied back in March. It might just be the next frenzy-inducing color in the company’s long line of cult favorites that have helped carve out the politics of polish.
