Beautiful yet functional, they are unique for the busy lady, or woman nurse, who needs her hands free. While most women prefer the movement upside down to make it easier to read while working, we will place it either way, whichever you prefer. Some of the lapel watches can be removed from the pin adapter, and have a silver bail which will allow 5mm silver chain to pass through, and works well with our very strong 3-4mm woven sterling silver rope chain.
