I made this jacket to be both comfortable and statement making, with lots of detail and a utilitarian feel. Stretchy thick cotton, feels like stretch denim but in a smooth deep black. Extra long cuffed sleeves with distressed detailing, narrow silhouette, and huge versatile funnel collar. Enough sturdiness to keep the collar tall if you like, but also suple enough to scrunch, fold, snap closed in a new way, or wear open over the shoulders. Collar and front feature distressed detailing with top stitching, in a blueish black material that is thick, slippery, and interestingly textured. Eight oversize snaps close the jacket from the collar to just below the bust line, the bottom half remains open (this would work for a pregnant mama too, as the belly can poke right through the opening). The bottom of the jacket has an a-line shape and hits around the hip joint. This jacket will best fit a small-medium.
