"To Whom It May Concern: I just had to send you an e-mail to tell you what an amazing company Zappos.com is! I ordered a pair of shoes last night and they were here this afternoon! I don't know how you do it. Even with overnight shipping (which was free, which in and of itself is fantastic) these shoes should not have arrived until tomorrow because I ordered late in the day, but they came today! I ordered them to wear for my honeymoon and my wedding is Saturday so I was hoping against hope I would have them in time. I can’t believe I got them already!!! Also, I ordered on-line and there was a problem because I received an e-mail confirmation that was blank...no order number, etc, so I called and the woman on the phone was so great. (I wish I wrote down her name but I didn't.) She tried very hard to figure out what the problem was and with some detective work, she found out that the system had a problem and talked to her supervisor who sent me a coupon off my next order for my trouble.... The heel is actually a little shiny, but not in a showy way. In fact, the heel really brings this boot to a whole other level, that of a luxury boot. I plan to wear them with jeans and dresses or skirts this winter. Via Spiga is a favorite shoe designer for the comfortable fit and designer looks at a great price.I am considering the black calf. Zappos’ service is stellar. I highly recommend the convenience of Zappos to my busy girl friends. My husband, who would never consider purchasing shoes the "Zappos" way, is impressed as well.
