Voluminous taffeta skirt has two floaty layers of gathered chiffon with ruffled hems. One layer begins at left side and assymetrically drapes across gown, stopping just above hem of the second layer. There is also an attached white ruffled tulle petticoat. Side metal zipper and hook and eye closure.
