It also has a button that allows you to switch on/off the blue lighting that surrounds the Wii and the Wii remote slots. The package also contains 2 x replacement Wii remote battery covers that house the AAA size of battery, yes AAA. So invest in some decent AAA NiMH rechargeables, minimum 1800 mAh and you'll be laughing. I however, plodded on and bought some rechargeable AA batteries without knowing but folks.....every cloud has a silver lining. I now use the rear AA rechargeable battery bay to charge my AA batteries for my other audio visual remotes and its turned out just fine.
