Metallic Peacock feathers wisp across this luxurious silk brocade on a teal background. The metallic nature of the plumage is interesting in that it appears to be both silver and gold, depending on the light. I've lined this clutch in a beautiful gold satin and topped it off with aa antique gold kisslock purse frame. Between the outer silk brocade and the satin lining I have layered heavy stabilizer and hypoallergenic batting. This gives my clutches structure and a nice soft padded feel in your hand. This listing is for a fabric pencil case. It would also make cute storage option for your makeup or double pointed needles. The fabric used for the exterior is imported from Japan. It is a cotton and linen blend with hippos printed on it. The case is lined with a coordinating pink cotton twill. It is interfaced with a layer of cotton flannel to give it a soft shape. It zips up to keep your valuables safe with a matching blue zipper. I top stiched along the zipper so the fabric won't get caught. I also added tabs on both ends. These make zipping and unzipping easy. All of the interior seams are finished with bias tape for a clean look. This is a perfect little treat for yourself or a great gift for someone else. This little pencil case measures about 7.5"x2"x2". The material can be washed in cold and then air-dried. If you would like a bag made from this fabric in a different shape please send me a note.
