If Don Orlandi Jr. has anything to say about it, a Sacramento doctor will be astonished Christmas morning when he sees the present from his son: a completely restored 1947 Packard-Manhattan jukebox, playing tunes the way it used to. Orlandi has been working for 10 months on the jukebox, which once entertained patients in the doctor's waiting room, before a youngster put his hand in the mechanism years ago and broke it, seemingly forever. Orlandi to the rescue. He has turned a childhood penchant for taking apart his toys and putting them back together into a far-flung business, repairing and restoring all kinds of vintage toys - '40s jukeboxes, arcade games, pedal cars, Coke machines.
