About Me
If you're reading this you probably know me already. I'm one busy lady. I had one career as a life coach and another career as a personal trainer. I also run a group called Becoming Un-single that provided workshops for people trying to find "the one". I have a fabulous husband, Shawn, and two lovely cats and 9 goldfish (they don't get out much). Shawn and I Travel a lot, pretty much one trip a month out of state. Our favorite place together is Costa Rica near a good surfing spot and yummy food.
