FFR is a tag I have used often when bookmarking or otherwise making notes about websites and other sources of information. It is a TLA (Three Letter Acronym) which stands for "For Further Review". I'm setting this page for Public Access. If you review any of the items I am considering here, I would appreciate hearing your opinion on the value of the links listed here

Is this cool or what!?!?!?! You can find just about anything on the Internet. Real time flight data in so many different ways. Wow. And for pilots, you can get detailed Airport info (plates and all) including weather. You can even track flights by private planes.

This is a remarkable simulation where participants can serve as a virtual ATC or a virtual pilot. Pilots use add-ons with Flight Simulator software. ATCs use available software for their role. This "community" has thousands of members.

For grins, type the keyword "Buffalo" into the search box. I work at Fermilab and this is just one of the cool things on the FNAL.GOV web site. There are lots of cool pictures here and not just of Buffalo.

A friend posted a link to '18Seconds.Org'. This is a site I got word of through my employer. I work for a US DOE (Department of Energy) Contractor.

i replaced 6 of the incandescent lights in my home with 12 watt mini cfl's. They're awesome! I plan on replacing more come next week!
