If you are sick and tired of getting black oil, grease, dirt or any other yuck on your hands, then these are a must have in your tool box. I have used Nitrile gloves for years. Superior to Latex gloves especially if you are alergic to latex. Powder free, thick enough not to tear and thin enough to handle even the smallest nut or bolt you may want to hold. I am having an issue when trying to shift into 1st gear. Its very hard to get in gear and usually I have to shift down to 2nd then up to 1st. Is this a tranny issue or could it be something else. * Make sure mainshaft splines are clean and lubricated with a molybdenum disulfide grease. * Connect the transaxle to the engine. Tighten the bolts to 40 ft. lbs. (55 Nm). * Install the transaxle support mounts. Make sure that all transaxle mounting bolts are aligned and free of tension (holes lined up) before tightening. Tighten the front transaxle support to 18 ft. lbs. (25 Nm) and the transaxle-to-body bolts to 80 ft. lbs. (108 Nm). * Connect the shift rod coupling. * Install the starter bolt and the inspection plate. * Connect the back-up light wiring. * Connect the halfshafts to the transaxle. Tighten the bolts to 33 ft. lbs. (45 Nm). * Install the front muffler and exhaust pipe, then install the engine support bolts. * Connect the speedometer and clutch cables. * Connect the exhaust pipe to the manifold. * If necessary, refill the transaxle.
