Two contrasting brass chains, one 15" long, one 17" long, are linked by a spring ring clasp at the back of the wearer's neck, creating the illusion of wearing two layered necklaces. A working antique metal whistle is threaded from the longer chain, and a tiny stamped brass sparrow hangs from the shorter, more delicate chain. Dubbed the "Bird Call" necklace by Tara MacKay, the founder and brains behind the pioneering online boutique Plain Mabel, this necklace is dedicated to her. See less
