Ever since I was little, I've had a paintbrush in one hand and a needle in the other. Fashion models is something that I've always admired and wondered what it would be like to design what they wear.

Lucky for me, that dream came true. I design things for the home and work with interior designers. Oh, what fun! I'm a drapery designer and just can't imagine doing anything else. I work at Priority Windows.

In my spare time I go canoing. For the last 5 or so years, we've been driving up to North Carolina for camping and canoing and it's been a blast. There's not a year we don't go. I love to ski although I haven't seen snow in over a year, unfortunately. I'm happily engaged to Eric, a Marine who just returned from Iraq a few months ago (you can imagine my excitement). We plan on marrying in June. Actually, the reason why I joined the site is to look at wedding-related lists to get ideas. There are just so many lists out there. Feel free to suggest your ideas. We're still debating on the flowers we'd like to use. Eric wants some kind of sunshine yellow flowers but I want simple, white orchids.
