Return Policy Below you will find answers to your questions regarding how to exchange or return an order placed with us. For assistance, please call or email our customer service department at cs@brandsonsale.com or call 800.400.8697. Our Returns Department will evaluate and if warranted issue a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). All returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. Exchange An Order: If we determine an exchange is appropriate we will do so for another item of equal value, provided that you pay all shipping costs incurred during the exchange. If you require an item of greater value, additional charges will apply. If there is a problem with your order due to a mis-shipment, please let us know and we will issue an RMA and arrange for a reshipment or cross-shipment.
