OK, so you've heard of the guy, know he's Austrian and have tried his delicious little chocolate truffles called Mozartkugeln... Well, think again today, because these aren't edible, yet create just the same enchanted feeling. But let's start at the beginning: Mozart – yes the Austrian composer wunderkind – has been slapped on to the yummy truffles that are available in abundance in Salzburg, or pretty much every store in Austria, but unfortunately, he has nothing to do with the rich confectionary. He was a composer after all, not a chocolatier, he just happened to be born in the same city they were invented. Now today's product though is not half as fattening, actually it's not fattening at all and any attempt trying to divulge this little sucker will have you spend time in the nearest ER...
