The collar will fit a 12" - 17" neck comfortably, it is tapered at the front of the neck for your pooches comfort while the back of the neck is big and bold enough for even the foofiest of fur coats, the old buckle has been replaced with genuine stainless steel dog friendly hardware, rivets, and a d ring for leashes, and it is 1 1/4" wide at the back. **This collar is OOAK (One Of A Kind)... you will NEVER find another like it ANYWHERE!
