(05/23/09) This is a beautiful bridal jewelry set. It has a double strand necklace with freshwater pearls and crystals on sterling silver chain. Be sure to enlarge the picture to see the detail. The necklace's 15" first strand can extend to 17 inches and has 5 sets of 2 pearls & 1 crystal joined by a 2 inch length of sterling silver chain. The second row also has 5 sets of pearl crystal and pearl, joined by sterling silver chain. This second row hangs 2 inches below the first at the center. The finishing center of the necklace features a double drop with the same 3 stone set (pearl crystal pearl finished with a 9mm(1/3 inch) X 13mm (1/2-inch) teardrop crystal. The drop measures approximately 3-1/2" from the bottom of the necklace. The earrings are an exact match with a pair of 8mm x 11mm crystals. The picture doesn't exactly show the necklace properly because we had to shorten the first strand to accurately show the length of the drop. The cascade is flanked by more crystals and pearls fading gracefully into a sterling silver chain. Each crystal and pearl is handwrapped with sterling silver wire, and the necklace closes with a sterling lobster clasp accented with two more crystals. This necklace is about 17 inches long and has a two-inch extender accented with a little pearl and crystal. The largest center crystal is 13mm long, and the Y-drop is about 1.75 inches long. Note that the necklace will “drape” best if the chain is not twisted when worn. A selection of coordinating earrings and bracelets is also available in my shop. See less
