She says they are the most comfortable boots she's worn in a long time, and way better than any of her "expensive" brands. Says they look stylish and the leather quality is nice unlike some of the boots that are out there. Gets many compliments on them as well and they go with everything! I guess that does it! A definite winner! She has very high arches and has not said a word about a lack of arch support so I'm sure it's fine. However, I'll leave the option blank since I honestly have no idea. See less
