This sale is for a Wooden Owl Single Light Switch Cover Plate. It is made with a mixed media technique and finished with several coats of non-yellowing glossy varnish to protect the artwork. It’s an original design, created by us (M&B Suarez) especially for a Switch Cover Plate and signed on the back. Attaching screws are included and painted to match the artwork. Measures: 4 1/4” wide, 6" high and 3/8” thick. From the center line to the edges measures 2 1/4". If your Switch is next to the door frame it’s a good idea to make sure it will fit. It is carefully packaged in a customized sturdy box to minimize risk of damage. We try to do our best with photos but colors might be slightly different in reality. This striking pendant has bolts of red dichroic glass accenting a red glass heart. The piece measures approximately 1 3/8" x 1 1/2" without bail. This pendant sports an 18k gold plated bail, from Aanraku, and includes an 18" gold plated chain. This cabachon is striking! Sassy Glass creates original fused glass pendants. All our fused glass artwork is made individually. Each pendant is created from cut pieces of glass that are carefully layered on a kiln shelf. The kiln is then slowly fired to a temperature that will melt the glass and allow the pieces to fuse together. When this process is complete the kiln is allowed to slowly return to room temperature to enable the glass to properly anneal. When we feel that the pendant is ready to offer for sale we name each pendant and engrave "Sassy" on the back. The large silver plated charms are charms of popular tatoos, dragons, a laughing mermaid, a butterfly, a dragonfly and a sparrow. The print was adhered to a glass tile, with a sterling silver bail securely attached to the back, so you can easily wear this pendant with your favorite chain or cord. It is difficult to get good photographs of these pendants, because they are so small and the artwork contains so much detail. So I've included a photo of the pendant with 4 coins (a US quarter, a British pound, a 5 euro cent, and a 50 yen coin) to provide an idea of scale. (Coins are not included.)
