Information for anyone expecting a baby, trying to conceive, thinking of getting pregnant, recovering from a cesarean or other unexpected birth outcome. I'm currently reorganizing some of this info. into separate lists covering different categories. All of the relevant lists can be seen on the Healthy Birth group.

An informative page on a topic some women have found very useful in encouraging optimal positioning for baby, to increase the chances of a smooth birth. Be aware that this page includes uncensored photos of births, including use of forceps and vacuum extraction, as well as cesarean surgery -- contrasted with a photo from a waterbirth.
