Cons: I am so disgusted with myself for buying this. It had such good storage and the cool wheel, but didn't last a month. It would need to be re-synced once a week which took a day for 80gb.Then one day it wouldn't turn off. Newegg has no warranty, and will have no responsibility to their customer. Newegg is usually the greatest. NO RETURNS. NO SERVICE. NO NOTHING! If you buy this you are on your own. Basically I'm ending up with refurbished unit for brand new cost. Other Thoughts: There are a huge batch of bad Ipods out there right now. Wait until they get the bugs out. Customer service was atrocious. You wait 20 minutes to talk to "Kent" or "GG" , and if you can understand through their harsh Indian accents they will refer you to Newegg.
