I hate having to finely dice things, it just takes me forever. I had a go with one of these in Lakeland and it seems pretty easy to use. I'd like to try this. Plus, it looks safer than a mandolin as your fingers are nowhere near the blade here.

I love these! Not only are they really bright coloured, but they have real London street names on them and London has some funny street names. It's something that has fascinated me for ages.
