I'm not even sure if this would be an acceptable jacket if the bottom half hadn't been chopped off. Little cropped jackets can sometimes be cute, but this doesn't even look shrunken and cropped, the arms are still so baggy.

These are like leg adornments that you attach to any of your shoes. Gladiator-esque, and not in a good way. Why?!
