Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend The buckle is quite odd, eye catching double star design definitely a conversation piece. However, due to the size, the top point of the star can be a danger to your skin and clothing. Caution should be used when wearing sweaters or tops of fine materials or make(i.e. cashmere or silk). The belt should be thick and durable enough to hold the weight of the buckle. Price was unbeatable at the time of purchase. Great gift for oneself or to give to other "trendy" shoppers. See less
