This Mary Jane is hand cut and hand sewn in China. Due to the time involved in creating each pair of these Mary Jane shoes, only a few manufacturers are still making these available. Each section is hand cut and placed together with hand stitching. The upper is lined with white cotton and the matching edging is hand stitched. The hand-sewn insole is then hand stitched to the durable rubber sole. A silver buckle is added to finish off this classy but sassy shoe. No glue is used in the creation process. We are fortunate to be one of the importers to still have access to this special creation. This is a very flexible and lightweight shoe, which is affordable enough to have a pair for each outfit yet durable because of the care taken with each stitch. Instead of just mounting a basket to the front of his bike Ryan McFarland decided to completely replace the front wheel with an abandoned shopping cart. While the upgraded bike doesn’t steer very well as long as there’s a straight line between your home and the grocery store you can buy an entire cart’s worth of food without having to worry about how you’re going to carry it home. And if you have access to one of those massive grocery stores with particularly wide aisles you might even be able to ride the bike into the store.
