Sadly, not all items added to Kaboodle are friendly and happy. There are spammers out there who try to junk up our friendly, helpful website with stuff that no one cares about. Now, we've got a solution. If you run a piece of content which you find offensive, or consider to be spam, click the pink "flag" to the right of it. This will contact our administrators who can take swift action against this content and help keep Kaboodle clean. Power to the people!
Getting too much email from Kaboodle? Need to change your contact email address? No problem. We've revised the Kaboodle user account settings area to make adjusting your Kaboodle contact settings quicker and easier than ever. You can simply flip on and off which email communications you would like to receive, as well as updating your username, password, and email addresses. Give it a try!

One of the most fun aspects of Kaboodle is finding people with similar tastes to yours, and seeing what they've added to their list. Now, Kaboodle has made this process even easier with the addition of our "Shopping Soul Mates" function.
If you have taken our Style Compatibility Test, we can now gauge how closely your test matches to other Kaboodlers who have taken the SCT as well. The end result? You will be able to find Kaboodlers with excellent taste, just like you. Your "Shopping Soul Mates" can be seen on the left side of your "My Kaboodle" page or the Style Compatibility Test homepage, once you've taken the test.
It's that time of the year again. Families and friends start the yearly process of trying to figure out what to purchase for each other for holiday gift giving. Kaboodle is here to help! We've updated and improved our wishlist functionality to be the most flexible and useful on the web. Items added to your wishlist can be tagged with priority, size, and color attributes. You can also sort your wishlist by store, priority, and reserved status. If you send your wishlist to a potential gift giver, they can mark items as reserved in order to avoid double-gifting.
In conjunction with our new wishlist functionality, we've also launched our Wish-A-Day Contest for the holidays, where Kaboodle is giving away cash and prizes to those who add items to their wishlist. Go on, get wishing today!
Thousands of you out there are using and enjoying Kaboodle's new Facebook application already! Thank you! We're very happy to see it thrive and continue to grow. We're dedicated to its continued development, as seen by the new "Find an Item" feature we've recently added. We've now made it easier than ever to find new items to add to your Kaboodle list without ever leaving Facebook! Simply click the "Find an Item" icon on your Kaboodle homepage (in Facebook), and you'll be able to see a list of popular and featured Kaboodle products. You can click the "Friend's Finds" tab to see items your friends have recently added, or you can use the Search Box to find items. Give it a try!
We know that a lot of Kaboodlers use Facebook. Hey, we even use it ourselves. It's bar-none the best social networking service on the planet today, and we wanted to be a part of it. We wanted to allow Kaboodlers the ability to link their Kaboodle and Facebook accounts together, which will allow recent Kaboodle additions to show up in your Facebook profile. Find an interesting new product that you want to share with your friends? Now that can be shown on your Kaboodle profile and your Facebook profile.
When you install the Kaboodle application, you can select products to showcase from our pre-selected items or select items from your current Kaboodle lists. You can also showcase which item you currently want the most, in addition to a series of products which you're wishing for. The Kaboodle Facebook application is a quick and easy way to share your Kaboodle finds with the Facebook universe. Try it out!
"Help Me Choose" Polls are a fun way to get feedback from the Kaboodle community on a potential buying decision. While people love the ability to create polls from products they've selected online, it has always been difficult to locate the poll after its initial creation. We're looking to solve this issue with a new dedicated "Polls" tab on a user's profile page. This area will show you all of the user's polls which they've created, and give you vote count information from both your friends and the Kaboodle community at large. Keep on voting, everyone! It just got a lot easier to do so.
As a Kaboodler, your central hub for browsing all things related to yourself and your friends is your profile page. As Kaboodle has grown and expanded, our long-standing profile section was beginning to show its limitations. Therefore, we have redesigned and re-launch our user profile section to meet the ever-growing needs of our community.
This new profile system has unique areas for each of your Kaboodle functions, including lists, friends, groups and comments. You can now see all of this data grouped together in a quick and efficient manner. From the profile homepage, you can also see recent product finds and recent comments for not only your profile, but for others as well. In addition, there are now a series of counters at the top of your profile page, which highlight the amount of friends you have, lists you have created, and comments which have been made on your profile.
Kaboodle is an excellent way to find people with similar tastes to yours. Our newly launched Style Compatibility Test lets you and your friends see how closely your tastes really are. Itâs simple and fun to take, as well. You can start the test by clicking here, which will show you a variety of products from various shopping segments, "Gadgets and Gizmos", "Home and Garden", and "Style and Fashion". Simply go through each of the products and rate on a scale of five how much you like and/or would want to purchase that product. Once completed, Kaboodle will be able to calculate how closely linked your style is to other Kaboodlers, helping you find others with similar tastes as yours. Once you find Kaboodlers who like the same things you do, add them as friends and see what they add in the future! It's likely that you'll like their items too!
