KABOODLE TEAMS WITH SHOPPING.COM TO CREATE THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE SOCIAL SHOPPING DESTINATION

SANTA CLARA, Calif. and BRISBANE, Calif. - August 29, 2006 - Kaboodle, a free online service that simplifies collecting, organizing and sharing information on the web, and Shopping.com, the pioneer in online comparison shopping, today announced an agreement to integrate the world’s largest global product catalog into Kaboodle so consumers can quickly access product information as they shop across the web.

The agreement will give Kaboodle users access to millions of products from thousands of merchants and all the related information needed to make a fast, easy and trustworthy purchase decision including: price, brand, user reviews and professional buying guides. Shopping.com's merchants will receive incremental traffic from Kaboodle's active user base, and Kaboodle also will earn a share of revenue generated from online sales originating from Kaboodle pages.

The comprehensive shopping information has been added into Kaboodle via Shopping.com's robust API. The functionality went live today as part of a significant upgrade of Kaboodle, announced separately.

Items listed in Kaboodle pages will be matched against Shopping.com's global product catalog, and relevant price ranges will be displayed alongside individual Kaboodle items. Clicking the pricing information will take users to a more detailed page of pricing comparisons, retailers and ratings so that they can make informed purchasing decisions.
