What is a Brand Profile?
Brand Profiles allow retailers to interact with their fans! It's a new, exciting way to engage shoppers! Through this program, you can:

• Customize your brand or store's presence within Kaboodle by adopting and customizing a Brand Profile
• Highlight hot new products and special deals for the community
• Interact with an engaged community of purchase-minded consumers who have asked to hear from you
• Engage customers (and prospective customers!) in an interactive conversation about your brand and products

What are the features of Brand Profiles?

• Aggregates all products added to Kaboodle from your domain
• Showcases most popular products
• Invites Kaboodle community members to become "fans" of your brand/store
• Highlights recent activity within the community involving your brand and products

How can I gain access to my Brand Profile?
If our members have already added your products to Kaboodle, they have been aggregated onto a brand profile page. You can check for your brand page by typing the following URL in your browser: http://www.kaboodle.com/store/(insert your store URL here). For example: http://www.kaboodle.com/store/kaboodle.com

In order to gain access to your Brand Profile, you must claim your basic profile. Click the blue text link in the "About [Your Brand]" section in the upper right-hand area of the page that says, "Join the Kaboodle Brand Program!"

How long will the claim process take?
The process is not automatic if the store domain and the administrator's email domain do not match. This helps to avoid a fraudulent claim of your brand page. To avoid any delays, please use an email from your store's domain.

Why was my claim denied?
Your claim could have been denied for a number of reasons. It might have been that your email address and store domain did not match (for example, email@kaboodle.com for claiming www.kaboodle.com). If that was the problem, please re-submit your claim with the appropriate email address. This helps Kaboodle avoid fraudulent claims to your store.

How do brands get featured?
Kaboodle's editors have complete discretion over the brands and stores selected to be included in the "Brands We Love" and "Featured Brands" sections of the site.

How can I get my products reviewed by Kaboodle?

Adding Products

How do my products get added to Kaboodle?
Our community members add things they like or recommend to their wish lists and shopping lists. Items are added with the help of the "Add to Kaboodle" button - either via a web browser toolbar or a retailer's site. When a person clicks "Add to Kaboodle", Kaboodle automatically summarizes the product information for them on their list.

Is it possible to upload multiple products onto Kaboodle?
No. At this time, we do not accept any merchandiser or product feeds.

Affiliate/Premium Partner

How do I become an Affiliate or Premium Partner?
At this time, Premium Partnership is open to selected merchants who support deep linking and are joined to any of the following US-based affiliate networks: Commission Junction, Google Affiliate (formally DoubleClick Performics) ,or Linkshare. Please email affiliate@kaboodle.com if your store is a part of one of these networks. Other affiliate networks may be considered in the future.
